Position Title: Telemarketer
Work Set-up: Work from Home
Schedule: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PH Time
Salary: Php 20,000 – Php 25,000.00

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. If you are a person who thrives on connecting with people, enjoys making outbound calls, and is passionate about promoting products or services, this role is for you! As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, building rapport, understanding their needs, and generating leads to support the sales team. A successful Telemarketer will be persuasive, resilient, and possess excellent communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A TELEMARKETER

Your Responsibilities as a Telemarketer would be:
• Perform outbound/ cold calling and Identify potential customers through engaging in meaningful conversations to qualify leads based on their needs and interest.
• Transfer qualified prospects to the appropriate team or departments, ensuring a smooth handover and continuity in the sales process.
• Make numerous calls throughout the day to introduce products and services to potential customers and generate leads.
• Clearly communicate the benefits of products or services to prospects, helping them understand how they meet their needs or solve their challenges.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with prospects to establish trust and credibility.
• Accurately input customer details and interaction data into the CRM system to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.
• Reach out to prospects as necessary to nurture leads, answer inquiries, and close deals.
• Consistently meet or exceed lead generation, call volume, and other performance metrics established by the team.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are effectively handed over and follow-up actions are implemented.
• Stay informed on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to enhance conversations and improve success rates.

Qualifications as a Telemarketer:
• Bachelor’s degree of any 4-year course
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service. Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and handling high call volumes is highly desirable.
• Strong verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to engage prospects, build rapport, and effectively present products or services. Must have an articulate and confident phone presence.
• Ability to maintain motivation and a positive attitude despite facing rejection or challenges. Strong persistence to meet goals and continue making calls.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that customer data is accurately entered, tracked, and followed up on in a timely manner.
• Demonstrates a strong drive to meet or exceed targets, contributing to both personal and team success. Focused on achieving performance metrics, whether in lead generation, sales, or call volume.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and other software tools to manage leads, track progress, and input data accurately.
• Ability to quickly identify customer concerns, offer suitable solutions, and adapt communication strategies based on individual customer needs and responses.
• Willingness to collaborate with other team members, sharing insights, strategies, and feedback to ensure seamless transitions of leads and support a cohesive sales process.
• Strong work ethic and dependable, ensuring consistency in attendance and performance, while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.
