Job description

Responsibilities and Duties:

    * Booking Trial Class - The Trial Booking Intern will contact the parents who have registered on our website but have not taken our free 1-hour trial class. The interns will contact the parent by phone, WhatsApp, or email and convince them to take the free live trial class on Zoom.

    * There are sales involved. Calls will be made using the VoIP app and no mobile recharge/payment has to be done by the intern for the phone calls.

    * Bookings will be done using the company's in-house CRM and leads will be managed using Google Sheets.

    * These are not cold leads but have visited our website/social media page.

  * Targets will be minimum 40 successful completed classes per month.

   * You need to make nearly 200 calls per day.

   * Working Hours will be 9 hours per day 


Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

    * Excellent English Communication.

    * Good understanding of Google Sheets.


Must have:

    * Laptop/desktop with webcam and microphone & a smartphone.


Job Type: Full-time


Shift timing: Rotational Shift


Working Days: 6 days working. Week-off in between Monday to Saturday and Sunday will be working.


Joining Date: Immediate.



Salary

10000 - 21000 INR (Per Month)
