Technical Sales Manager

About the Company:

The Company is a leading manufacturer of Avionics Databus Products for MIL-STD-1553/1760, ARINC-429, AFDX/ARINC-664, CANBus/ARINC-825, Fibre Channel, ARINC-818, Ethernet, EADIN/RS-485, STANAG3910/EFEX & PANAVIA applications. The Company builds its products on an innovative, field proven 'Common Core'​ hardware design providing consistency and compatibility across all modules and platforms. This design contributes to the high reliability & enhanced capability whilst offering a scalability for future upgrades and developments. To ease systems integration, The Company includes software support with on board driver software, a full set of Application Interface calls being operating system independent.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the sales and new design wins throughout Northeastern US territory for Companys products that include data bus communication solutions for MIL-STD-1553, ARINC-429, ARINC-664/AFDX and others.

  • Set strategic sales objectives and targets for new design wins to track business growth.

  • Responsible for independently managing territory to assure that targets are met.

  • Critical design wins need to be achieved for future growth.

  • The territory consists of the Northeastern US.

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 10+ years of experience.

  • Strong technical background preferred.

  • BS Degree in Technical Field Preferred

  • Will report to the Director of Sales

  • Must have experience in working with Sales Reps as well as direct sales in the territory with customers in the Mil/Aero market segment.

  • Experience in Mil/Aero applications in either database communications (1553, 429, other) or system / computer sales with experience in both test & simulation as well as rugged embedded sales preferred.
