Join Aprio PH’s Growth team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities.  Aprio, LLP is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a HubSpot Sales Pipeline Specialist to join their dynamic team.

Position Responsibilities:
  • HubSpot Support: Support the sales team with HubSpot usage, including troubleshooting, training, and best practice guidance. Assist with data entry, report generation, and dashboard creation within HubSpot. Maintain data hygiene and accuracy within the CRM. 
  • Sales Reporting & Analytics: Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth. 
  • Process Documentation: Document and maintain sales processes, policies, and procedures. 
  • Sales Technology Support: Support the integration and maintenance of other sales technologies with HubSpot, as needed. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and optimize overall business performance. 
  • Special Projects: Contribute to ad-hoc projects related to sales operations, process improvement, and data analysis. 

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations or a related field. 
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including reporting, workflow automation, and data management. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Amenable to work in Eastern Time Zone (Nightshift work schedule)

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • HubSpot certifications.  
  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed sales environment, ideally within the professional services industry, specifically accounting.
