JOB TITLE: Social Media Manager VA

RATE: Php 275 per hour

Work Type: 

  • Remote/WFH

  • Part-time

Work Schedule : 

  • 6 PM - 8 PM ET (5 days/week)


Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and innovative Social Media Manager to help build a strong online community, create engaging content, and support marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who not only executes tasks but also brings fresh ideas, understands the brand’s mission, and proactively strategizes content that resonates with the target audience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging posts.

  • Create and schedule content across social media platforms.

  • Conduct market research to understand the target audience’s needs, trends, and preferences.

  • Propose and implement creative content ideas, including Reels, posts, and stories that align with the brand’s identity.

  • Engage with the online community to foster growth and interaction.

  • Provide insights on what content performs best and suggest strategies for improvement.


Job Requirements

  • Experience in social media management, marketing, or content creation.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and execute strategies.

  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and styling, with experience in the fashion industry, personal styling, or retail being a plus.

  • Ability to analyze audience behavior and adapt content accordingly.

  • Skilled in market research to identify content opportunities that solve the audience’s problems.

  • Excellent communication , organizational skills and a proactive approach to collaboration.

Preferred:

  • Background in fashion, styling, or personal assisting.

  • Experience working with fashion-related brands or clients.

  • Strong sense of style and ability to align content with brand aesthetics.
