Job Description

Take ownership of a versatile role managing e-commerce operations and customer service for an expanding international brand. You’ll be at the forefront of customer interaction, managing the complete order fulfillment cycle while utilizing cutting-edge AI tools and modern e-commerce platforms. This position offers unique exposure to both retail and education sectors, providing diverse experience and growth opportunities. Working with an established team, you’ll help drive business success across multiple markets while developing expertise in international e-commerce operations.


Schedule:
  • Work Schedule: 9am - 1pm PST with NO unpaid break (4 paid hours per day)
  • Client timezone: Singapore Time (SGT)
  • Potential for full-time transition based on performance
Responsibilities:
  • Drive customer satisfaction through professional communication and prompt service across Singapore, Malaysia, and India markets
  • Manage end-to-end Shopify order processing, from initial customer contact through successful delivery
  • Coordinate with manufacturing partners to ensure timely product production and quality control
  • Oversee automated delivery systems and maintain smooth logistics operations
  • Create compelling business proposals and professional communications using AI tools including ChatGPT
  • Handle administrative tasks supporting both e-commerce and education business units
  • Maintain accurate documentation and correspondence across all business operations
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure high satisfaction levels


Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
