Key responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes all aspects of digital and traditional marketing to support business goals, including lead generation, brand positioning, and customer acquisition.
Oversee the development and execution of high-impact media campaigns that align with ST core objectives and deliver measurable ROI.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges to drive ongoing improvements.
Create a comprehensive demand strategy and content roadmap that brings our user and buyer personas to our site.
Department Growth & Innovation
Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns that generate leads, drive user acquisition, and support business objectives.
Direct and refine SEO and SEM strategies to increase visibility and drive traffic to digital platforms.
Oversee the management and enhancement of the company’s website, including design, functionality, and content strategy to optimise user experience and conversion rates.
Manage social media presence and engage with key audiences to foster community interaction and enhance customer engagement.
Performance & Reporting
Implement robust reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and market trends.
Oversee the tracking, measurement, and analysis of campaign performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Manage the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and social media posts to engage new and existing customers.
Optimise performance and implement testing frameworks to improve campaign performance continuously to meet company OKR’s.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with the product development and sales teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and strategy.
Partner with the leadership team to contribute to the overall strategy and growth initiatives.
Team Leadership & Management
Lead a team comprising a range of roles, including Brand Manager, Events Manager, Marketing Associate, and Content Marketing Specialist, providing strategic direction and professional development.
Lead our Business Development team in terms of outbound lead generation.
Ensure the team delivers accurate and insightful reporting, highlighting key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear objectives, and provide ongoing coaching/training to upskill the team.
Manage resource allocation, workload distribution, and hiring to meet departmental needs in line with budget and required ROI.
