Per Diem Physician (Haitian Creole Speaking).
Job Location: Princeton, NJ (Telemedicine).
Job Type: Per Diem, 1099 contract.
Pay Range: $140/hr- $150/hr for telemedicine.

Full Description

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Physician to provide diabetes management programs to private businesses in New Jersey via telemedicine. The Physician will work directly with pre-diabetic or early-stage diabetes patients on a multi-week program to help improve their wellness and lifestyle. Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care.

Responsibilities:

Provide diabetes management program to patients based on our program guideline.
Consult with patients to understand their health concerns especially around diabetes.
Educate patients around healthy eating and lifestyle.
Educate patients around glucose monitoring.

Requirements:

MD or DO Degree.
Must have current NJ license. Compact license or multiple state license strongly preferred (New Jersey is a participating state in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)).
Board certification in specialty.
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience following post graduate training.
Must be Bilingual Haitian Creole Speaking.
Background in family practice and preventive care preferred.
Background in urgent care or emergency care will be considered.
Experience with diabetes management.
Focused on preventive medicine and patient education.
Proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
Personal laptop or tablet required.
