We're hiring: Senior AI Engineer (Generative AI Focus)

We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design and deployment of cutting-edge generative AI solutions for our clients. From LLM fine-tuning to building intelligent automation workflows, you’ll be at the heart of impactful AI transformation projects.

 What you'll do

AI Strategy & Assessment

• Conduct AI audits to identify high-potential use cases

• Draft technical recommendations aligned with business needs

Build & Deploy AI Solutions

• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral)

• Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines

• Develop and deploy smart chatbots and conversational agents

• Automate complex workflows using RPA tools

• Integrate AI with business systems (ERP, CRM, APIs, databases)

• Monitor performance and continuously improve deployed solutions

Research & Prototyping

• Stay up to date with the latest in GenAI and AI automation

• Prototype innovative use cases using advanced agent architectures

 Who you are

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with 2+ years in generative AI

• Strong Python skills and experience with frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, PyTorch, Transformers

• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Mistral, Claude, etc.)

• Knowledge of RPA platforms (Make, Zapier, Power Automate, UiPath)

• Skilled in API development and system integration (RESTful APIs, webhooks)

• Familiar with MLOps, cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Awareness of data security and compliance in AI solutions
