Business Development Representative 

Summary 

Shine Productions is a full-service corporate event planning company specializing in creating unforgettable experiences for organizations of all sizes. From large-scale conferences to exclusive executive meetings, we help our clients bring their vision to life with creativity, precision, and impact. 

We’re looking for an energetic, goal-oriented Remote Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact with prospective clients, helping them discover how our event planning services can elevate their next corporate gathering.  

Responsibilities 

  • Identify and research prospective corporate clients across various industries. 
  • Utilize various outbound strategies to create and nurture new business opportunities. 
  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery calls to understand client needs. 
  • Collaborate closely with the Event Sales Manager to hand off qualified leads and support proposal development. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity tracking within the CRM.
