Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for marketing? Design Shopp is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our marketing coordinators, assisting in daily tasks and developing your skills for future growth within the marketing field.

As a Marketing Assistant, your main tasks will include:

Scheduling and briefing designers and production staff on the creation of ads, social posts, or other marketing assets.
Communicating with clients to gather required assets or clarify project details.
Sending clients marketing assets for feedback and approvals.
Assisting in the preparation, creation, scheduling, and boosting of social media posts.
Monitoring ad campaigns to ensure budget compliance and performance optimization.
Creating and updating marketing reports to track campaign progress and results.

Requirements

Work Hours

This position requires availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST to ensure smooth collaboration with the rest of our team.

Must-Haves:

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal in english.
A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
Familiarity with social media platforms and general marketing practices.

Nice-to-haves:

Basic knowledge of Canva for image resizing and simple designs.
