5+ years of experience in web development: Strong expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or Python. Proven ability to create and implement strategies: Demonstrated success in working independently to create processes, strategies, and efficiencies in web projects. Expert in content management systems: Proficiency with platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar CMSs. Strong problem-solving and performance optimization skills: Deep knowledge of optimizing website speed, SEO best practices, and security standards. Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Core responsibilities:

Design and develop websites: Build, maintain, and optimize user-friendly, responsive websites, ensuring high performance and functionality across multiple devices and browsers. Create and implement strategies: Develop, execute, and refine processes for continuous improvement in web development, from design to deployment, ensuring scalability and security. Integrate third-party tools and APIs: Seamlessly integrate APIs, plugins, and other third-party solutions to enhance functionality and user experience. Ensure cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with client and their clients to ensure web solutions align with business goals and client needs. Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues: Identify, diagnose, and resolve performance issues, ensuring website uptime, security, and speed optimization. Lead project management: Oversee the full development lifecycle, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders.
