2+ years of proven experience as a web admin Experience working with WordPress CMS. Basic understanding of WooCommerce, including product and pricing management. Familiarity with sourcing and verifying product data, particularly in the security industry. Ability to format and manipulate images for web use. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve basic website functionality issues. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Core responsibilities:

Product Data Collection: Independently source and verify product information, ensuring accuracy, particularly for security products. WordPress Management: Perform basic tasks within the WordPress CMS, including content updates and minor adjustments. WooCommerce Administration: Add, remove, and maintain products within WooCommerce, ensuring proper functionality of the user and pricing structures. Image Manipulation: Format images for website use, ensuring proper size, quality, and format consistency. Website Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve website issues, including product display errors, or escalate problems to the appropriate technical support.
