Job Requirements:

  • Min 2.5 years proven experience in lead generation, B2B Sales, telemarketing, or a similar role (real estate experience is an advantage). 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic office software. 
  • Ability to conduct independent research to identify and qualify potential leads.

Core responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to a provided prospect list to generate interest and engagement. 
  • Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria to determine suitability. Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the sales team. 
  • Conduct independent research to identify and develop additional leads beyond the existing list.
  • Utilize online tools, industry directories, and networking opportunities to build a robust lead pipeline.
  • Update and maintain lead information and interaction history in the CRM system. 
  • Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of data through regular reviews and updates. 
  • Provide detailed information on qualified leads to the sales team. 
  • Meet established targets for calls, lead qualifications, and appointments booked. 
  • Prepare reports on lead generation activities and outcomes as needed.
