Job Requirements:

  • AV Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the audiovisual and IT sectors, with a solid understanding of key technologies and trends. 
  • B2B Sales Experience: Minimum of 2.55 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in roles focused on technology, automation, or related fields. 
  • Marketing Proficiency: Preferred experience in marketing, including managing social media and content creation to support sales efforts. 
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to engage clients via email, phone, and LinkedIn. 
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn, and other digital tools to streamline sales and outreach processes. 
  • Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and achieve sales targets with minimal supervision.

Core responsibilities:

  • B2B Client Outreach: Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies via email, phone, and LinkedIn to identify and engage potential clients in the AV and IT industries.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads into long-term partnerships. 
  • Industry Expertise Utilization: Leverage knowledge of the AV and IT industries to understand client needs and propose tailored audiovisual and automation solutions.
  • Client Relationship Building: Foster strong, ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals through LinkedIn and other channels. 
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate on content creation for social media, focusing on enhancing brand visibility and promoting solutions to potential clients. 
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track outreach and sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to the team for strategy improvement.
