Job description

Performing Arts Consultants, a non-profit educational foundation, is renowned for organizing music and dance festivals and performance tours for students, aiming to provide memorable and enriching experiences. We are seeking a motivated and organized Personal Assistant to help streamline daily operations and support our journey towards achieving our objectives.

The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support team. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.

- Assist with daily administrative tasks such as email management, data entry, and filing.

- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed.

- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Other duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or relevant role.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks.

- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.

- High school diploma required; additional qualifications as a Personal Assistant or similar role will be a plus.

Eligibility Requirements:
