The Position

The Partner Sales Support Specialist (PSSS) is a dynamic role designed to support one of our highest growth areas — national accounts. The Partner Sales Support Specialist is responsible for managing the full range of sales support needs for an assigned national customer or group of accounts. Each Specialist works closely with a dedicated National Account Sales Manager (NAM) and Partner Account Manager (PAM) to help grow sales and support business development efforts. The primary goal of the role is to help drive additional revenue by building and maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent day-to-day support and sales-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to both the National Account Sales Manager (NAM) and Partner Account Manager (PAM), including quoting, coordinating production solutions, and assisting with reporting and follow-up activities that support business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Order Processing, Art, Production, and Marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and a positive customer experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned national accounts, responding to customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and other channels.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal sales and support teams, including Field Sales Managers, Strategic Account Managers, Apparel Project Managers, and the Account Support team.
  • Provide consistent, high-quality service in every interaction, ensuring accuracy and timely issue resolution in line with PCNA’s standards.
  • Oversee catalog program setup, updates, and year-end cleanup for assigned accounts in coordination with PAM and NAM.
  • Serve as a product expert, assisting customers with detailed questions about product construction, features, and usage.
  • Support customers with training and troubleshooting across PCNA’s web platforms, including mypromoproof, myleedsworld, and other digital tools.
  • Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues by reviewing daily reports tied to inventory, spec changes, approvals, and fulfillment holds.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong customer focus with a proactive, responsive approach to supporting business growth opportunities

  • Team-oriented with high energy and proven collaboration skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential — especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams

  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong typing and data entry skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrates professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail in all interactions

  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, transactional environment with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple communication channels

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• High School Equivalent or GED
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales support role
• Internal Candidates: 2 years' experience as an Order Processing Specialist or Account Service Representative.

Shift:

(1) 9am - 5:30pm EST

(1) 9:30am - 6:00pm EST
