The Position
The Partner Sales Support Specialist (PSSS) is a dynamic role designed to support one of our highest growth areas — national accounts. The Partner Sales Support Specialist is responsible for managing the full range of sales support needs for an assigned national customer or group of accounts. Each Specialist works closely with a dedicated National Account Sales Manager (NAM) and Partner Account Manager (PAM) to help grow sales and support business development efforts. The primary goal of the role is to help drive additional revenue by building and maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent day-to-day support and sales-related activities.

Strong customer focus with a proactive, responsive approach to supporting business growth opportunities
Team-oriented with high energy and proven collaboration skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential — especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
Skilled at managing multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong typing and data entry skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail in all interactions
Comfortable in a fast-moving, transactional environment with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple communication channels
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
• High School Equivalent or GED
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales support role
• Internal Candidates: 2 years' experience as an Order Processing Specialist or Account Service Representative.
Shift:
(1) 9am - 5:30pm EST
(1) 9:30am - 6:00pm EST
