• Design, customize, and integrate BMC Helix systems to meet the client’s business requirements.
  
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to define system requirements and develop solutions.
  
• Configure BMC Helix and implement new functionalities within the system.
  
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the BMC Helix application.
  
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for BMC Helix systems.
  
• Conduct testing and validation of new processes and solutions to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
  
• Monitor and optimize the performance of the BMC Helix application.
  
• Provide training for end-users and offer technical support to operational teams and other departments.
  
• Create reports and analyze data to support data-driven decision-making.
  
• Participate in the application development process, propose improvements, and innovate within the system.
  

Must have:

• Experience with BMC Helix/Remedy development, including design, customization, and integration.
  
• Understanding of the BMC Helix application framework and architecture.
  
• Experience in BMC Helix product setup, configuration, implementation, and customization.
  
• Understanding of functions, interactions, and dependencies among components within the BMC Helix application.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  

Nice to have:

• BMC Certified Professional (BCP) or BMC Certified Expert (BCE) certification.
  
• BMC Remedy Administrator certification.
  

Additional Information:

• Candidates must be based in Poland.
  
• 100% remote work (candidates from Wrocław, Poznań, or Gdańsk are welcome to visit the office).
  
• Very occasional business travel.
