Job Requirements:

  • Min 3 years proven experience as a cold caller, appointment setter, telemarketer, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media, and web design is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle objections and overcome challenges during calls. 
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic computer skills.

Core responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects using a pre-defined script or customized approach. 
  • Introduce and explain the agencys digital marketing services to potential clients. Identify client needs and determine their interest in scheduling a consultation. 
  • Qualify leads by gathering information on their business, current marketing efforts, and pain points. 
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring accurate details are recorded in the CRM system. 
  • Follow up with leads via phone and email to confirm appointments or nurture prospects. 
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment-setting targets. 
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with call notes, lead status, and relevant information.
