You will be a part of the Field Service Team and report to the Service and IT solution manager responsible for servicing of laboratory technology (planned maintenance, breakdown) in eastern part of Slovakia

This position is part of the Customer Service Department located in Prešov or Košice regions and will be work fully remote. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

service of laboratory technology (planned maintenance, breakdown)
installation of devices
operator training
support during the installation of POCT-IT solutions
technical customer support, Hotline on the phone

The essential requirements of the job include:

ŘP group B, willingness to travel approx. 45-50,0000 km per year
communicative knowledge of English (training abroad)
certificate č. 508/09 Z.z. $22 ( renewal option )

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

experience in the position of "service technician", field of healthcare is an advantage
Secondary school / University of electrical engineering, electronics

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
