Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support in Nordic languages for streaming inquiries
• Assist customers with account management and technical problems
• Provide recommendations and insights into content options
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system
• Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues
• Engage with customers to enhance their overall user experience
• Stay up-to-date with the latest in streaming content and trends

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Genuine interest in TV shows, movies, and streaming platforms
• Ability to handle inquiries efficiently and empathetically
• Familiarity with streaming services and technical troubleshooting is a plus
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
• Willingness to relocate or live in Greece
