Position Overview

RecruitGo is in search of a Junior Recruiter to join our team. We seek a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding
Source and attract candidates using various job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments of candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers on candidate progress
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship-building
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (preferred, but not required).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Previous internship or experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not required.

Salary: Up to 21,000 Php
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
