Job description

• Manage customer inquiries via email and text (no phone calls required)  
 
Update member payment details and follow up on failed payments
 Assist with lead generation and nurture sequences through email, WhatsApp, Messenger & Social Platform messaging
 Collaborate on refining CRM communications and automated workflows
 Produce weekly and monthly custom reports using CRM export data
 Update Notes and Tasks in our CRM (Glofox)
 Support social media post design and scheduling as well as video editing for content (optional, down the track)
