Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support in German for online bookstore inquiries
• Assist customers with order placements, tracking, and returns
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to products or services
• Educate customers about promotions and new releases
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
• Stay informed about the latest book releases and market trends

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Passion for books and knowledge of literary genres is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in using customer management systems
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
