Job description

As a Junior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the quality assurance processes of our applications. Your primary role will involve executing test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring our software products meet the highest standards of quality.
In this role, you will focus on hands-on testing activities, working closely with the QA team to identify and document software defects. You will learn to use various testing tools and methodologies to ensure comprehensive test coverage, and you will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability and reliability of our software products. Execute test cases and analyze results.
What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, record, and document thoroughly and track bugs.

  • Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved.

  • Collaborate with the QA team to develop effective strategies and test plans.

  • Participate in the review of requirements to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

  • Communicate any issues and status updates with the QA team.

What We're Looking For

  • Basic knowledge of JIRA or similar bug tracking system.

  • Familiarity with TestRail or similar test tracking system.

  • Understanding of basic testing tools such as Charles, Postman, etc.

  • Basic knowledge of Agile Methodology. Experience with Scrum is a plus.

  • General understanding of mobile application testing.
