You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design and execute both manual and automated test strategies, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and satisfaction for our clients. Duties and responsibilities
  • Design and execute manual and automated test strategies to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues and improve workflows.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage of critical scenarios.
  • Proactively identify and address bugs and inefficiencies before product releases.
  • Mentor junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration.
Required skills and experience
  • Analytical Thinking: Quickly understand complex systems, identify issues, and propose solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Spot even the smallest discrepancies in code or functionality.
  • Technical Expertise: Master QA tools, frameworks, and automation practices.
  • Proactivity: Anticipate challenges and address them before they arise.
  • Collaboration: Build trust and accountability across teams.
Other skills required:
  • Proven experience in automating testing processes and improving QA efficiency.
  • Expertise with tools like Selenium, Postman, and JIRA.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices and fast-paced environments.

  • Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.
