Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to beauty and skincare products.
• Provide tailored recommendations and support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to identify and implement service improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
