Job description

Intetics is looking for a dedicated and experienced Driver Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting drivers in real-time, ensuring efficient route management, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating logistics. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for supporting transportation operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Informing drivers about route specifics in real-time via voice chat.
  • Adjusting routes in navigation software according to changes.
  • Reporting survey statistics.
  • Troubleshooting any emerging issues.
  • Booking hotels following provided instructions.

A one-week training session will precede the start of the project.

Requirements

Tech Requirements:
  • Proficiency in computer use.
  • Driving experience or at least a good understanding of traffic rules.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with QGIS or other GIS/routing software is a plus.
Specific Requirements:
  • Extended working hours: up to 10 hours with floating breaks during the day.
  • Extended working week: 6 working days a week with a floating day off.
