Your tasks and responsibilities:
You will be part of our value chain for Connectivity Installation and Maintenance – this will ensure the secure connection of all our customers' medical systems to our remote service platforms.
You act as first point of contact for our internal and external customers and interact via hotline (inbound and outbound) and E-Mail to provide appropriate solutions for a various collection of customer requests. Your role includes dispatching and escalation of requests.
Provide technical support to customers experiencing application or technical issues according to our Knowledge Base and Guides.
You also fulfill your responsibilities in on-call duty and shift operation in the 24/7 telephone support of the IT service environment.
As part of your role, you will also be responsible for the continuous improvement and productivity increase of the support processes.
Your qualifications, experience & skills:
At least 1-year prior experience in providing customer support in an IT environment.
Knowledge of network terms e.g. LAN, TCP/IP, IPSEC, Firewalls.
You are fluent (min. C1) in Polish AND English
Other languages are a plus: German, French, Spanish, Italian
Prior experience within the healthcare industry is a plus
Highly motivated team player with strong communication, customer service and problem resolution skills
Self-motivation, methodological skills, customer orientation as well as analytical and assertive skills complete your profile.
To effectively manage a global customer base in different time zones, we request candidates to have flexibility in working hours (between 7.00am – 7.00pm) – schedules are prepared in advance, it’s a standard 8-hours working day.
