Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to telecommunications services.
  • Assist customers with account information, billing inquiries, and service setup.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through resolving service-related problems.
  • Handle complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company services, promotions, and customer service policies.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues efficiently.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in the telecommunications sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
