Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to telecommunications products, services, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide support for billing inquiries, service modifications, and account management.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services, promotions, and policies within the telecommunications sector.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to the improvement of service processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and address complex issues as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A genuine interest in telecommunications and a commitment to providing high-quality service to customers.
