Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns related to telecommunications products and services.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, account management, and product recommendations.
  • Process customer orders, upgrades, and service changes accurately while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the telecommunications offerings to provide accurate and helpful information to clients.
  • Document all customer interactions meticulously and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications or technology sector, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
