  • Lead the creation and oversight of content calendars for YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant social channels, ensuring a cohesive brand message across all platforms
  • Analyze social media metrics, KPIs, and ROI to optimize performance, drive growth, and demonstrate the impact of social media efforts on revenue
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team, product developers, and sales department to create campaigns that showcase new products, highlight brand values, and resonate with both DIY enthusiasts and professional painters
  • Manage and mentor a team of social media assistants and content creators, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence
  • Stay at the forefront of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms, implementing new strategies to keep the brand ahead of the curve
  • Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, optimizing ad spend and targeting to maximize reach and conversions
  • Create and present comprehensive performance reports and strategic insights to key stakeholders, demonstrating the value and impact of social media initiatives

Requirements
  • Proven track record in social media management, preferably with experience in both B2B and B2C sectors within the home improvement, paint, or related industries
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to social media strategy and performance optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for various audiences and platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software
  • In-depth understanding of social media advertising, including audience targeting, ad formats, and budget management across multiple platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing digital landscape
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and an understanding of how to translate brand identity into engaging social content
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing team members
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media best practices, emerging platforms, and digital marketing trends
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
