Job description

Our client is one of the most admired real estate agencies in Australia. The company's line of business includes renting, buying, selling, and appraising real estate.

They are currently looking for a Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join their team who exhibits the same drive and dedication.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creating social media ads as requested on Meta Ads Manager
  • Monitor social media accounts for trends, comments, and messages.
  • Track and report on social media metrics and performance
  • Creating social media graphics using our pre-built templates in Canva.
  • Drafting posts for social media via Sked Social (experience using Sked is not required – training on the job can be provided – Sked Social is similar to Hootsuite).
  • Support the marketing team with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with a creative flair for content creation.
  • Proficiency in using Meta Ads Manager and a clear understanding of how to create ads using various targeting methods (geo-location, uploading contacts and creating lookalike audiences etc.)
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
  • Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology and practices is a plus.
  • Proactive, with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Highly organized and deadline-oriented.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
