About the Role:

Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Senior Director, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping our financial strategy. You will serve as a key partner to executive leadership, providing insightful analysis, robust financial forecasting, and data-led recommendations to drive strategic decision-making. Your expertise in public reporting and IPO readiness will be instrumental in preparing our company for a successful transition to a publicly traded entity.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead the company's budgeting, forecasting, long range planning cycles, and cash flow and inventory forecasting processes
  • Assist in the preparation of internal executive communications and external board reporting
  • Develop and refine the company's consolidated financial models
  • Drive operational improvement through automation and system optimization
  • Partner with our people operations team to improve the headcount planning process
  • Partner with IR as needed to ensure proper financial guidance as well as messaging of KPIs
  • Manage, inspire and develop a high-performing FP&A team
What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record in corporate financial planning & analysis within high-growth, technology-driven environments.
  • Experience with IPO processes and public reporting
  • Expertise in building and managing complex financial models, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency with financial planning tools and systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Excel) is required.
  • A collaborative, cross-functional work style with a strong ability to influence and lead teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to executive teams and boards.
  • A strategic thinker who is both detail-oriented and capable of taking a holistic view of the business.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to ASC 606 transition and revenue recognition practices is a plus.

Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The compensation range for this position will depend on where you reside. For this role, the compensation range is:

$189,000$275,000 USD
