Job description

About Paired

At Paired, we’re on a mission to help romantic couples stay in love. So we created a fun, safe space for couples to explore their relationship and grow together. Backed by expert advice and cutting-edge research, our app delivers engaging questions, games, and quizzes that improve key relationship skills in just minutes each day.

And it works. Our app is the #1 couples app globally with +12M downloads, +200,000 daily active users, and more than £5M of fundraising to date. We’ve won multiple awards from Apple and Google, recognising us for our innovative approach to romantic relationship health.

Although we are a remote-first team hiring in the UK and Spain, keeping our employees connected remains extremely important. To bring everyone together, we meet three times a year at various European locations for focused co-working weeks and dynamic team-building activities.

About The Role

As our Senior Influencer & Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for scaling our influencer programme to be a channel that we can spend six-figure monthly budgets on whilst also testing and growing other, non-traditional performance channels (such as CTV or programmatic). • Lead, develop and execute performance-focused influencer strategies that are aligned with overall user acquisition and revenue targets
  • Oversee and guide third-party agencies responsible for influencers’ scouting, negotiation, and onboarding
  • Work closely with product, creative, and brand teams to ensure influencer content aligns with product and brand messaging while integrating performance insights
  • Explore new platforms, partnerships, and formats (e.g. live streaming, or brand ambassador programs) for influencers
  • Lead exploration of new non-traditional paid acquisition channels, running performance marketing campaigns and optimization
  • Leverage data analytics to evaluate ROI, engagement, and conversion metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize and scale

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success scaling Influencer Marketing within a performance marketing team in a company, agency or platform
  • Experience with paid performance campaigns
  • Experience working with a B2C subscription-based mobile app
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs, run A/B testing and cohort analysis, and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to marketing challenges
  • Experience in refining ad strategies based on performance data, user feedback, and changing market conditions
  • A creative mind that guides influencers toward unique, high-performing concepts while ensuring brand consistency and resonance with target audiences.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, useful for negotiation and building valuable relationships with influencers and/or 3rd parties
  • Must reside in the UK or Spain and have the legal right to work there (we are unable to provide visa sponsorship)

Benefits

  • Yearly salary of £70K-£75K (UK) /  €67K-€76K (Spain)

  • Three months paid maternity leave, one months paid paternity leave inclusive same-sex and adoptive parents
  • Comprehensive health insurance
  • Opportunity to help millions of people with their relationship

Hiring process
  1. Application review (qualifications, experience, and motivation)
  2. First interview - Meet with Jess, our Head of Performance, to discuss the role and your suitability in further detail
  3. Task - We’ll send you a task to complete at home to assess your practical skills
  4. Team interviews - The final step involves interviews with different team members you would be working with on a day-to-day basis

Diversity & Inclusion at Paired
  • Our core value is championing relationships. Our app was built to serve all couples regardless of culture, gender, sexual orientation, and ethnicity
  • We strive to create an inclusive environment where unique perspectives are encouraged, as we firmly believe that diversity enhances our company, culture and product
  • We regularly review our hiring processes, materials and pipeline to ensure they are accessible and free of bias, offering equal opportunity to underrepresented groups. We are also always learning. We maintain open minds and welcome feedback on how we can improve

And one last thing…

Excited by our business but not sure if you meet the job criteria? Not to worry! If you feel you have that special something and could contribute to our mission, get in touch anyway. We are always looking to add great people and we know that you are more than your CV. We would encourage you to apply regardless as we don’t believe that ticking off a list of skills is the only thing that makes a great candidate.
