Job Summary
The Director Solutions Marketing & Content Strategy is a critical component to repositioning brand from a services vendor to a tech-enabled solutions partner. You will drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our new operating model and AI-driven CX solutions portfolio in the US Market. This role will ensure effective solutions positioning, sales enablement, and revenue acceleration through strategic messaging and differentiated campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in establishing new processes, frameworks, and GTM motions from the ground up in a startup-like environment. Ultimately you will be shaping market positioning for Foundever's comprehensive portfolio, including Conversational AI, Intelligent Automation, Advanced Analytics, CCaaS, Unified Agent Desktop, and CX Transformation solutions.

Responsibilities
- You will develop and optimize go-to-market strategies for Foundever AI-driven CX solutions in the US Market.
- Define and track KPIs for pipeline influence and revenue acceleration.
- Design and execute strategic campaigns to drive market adoption and growth.
- Work extensively with product managers, product marketers, program managers, practice experts, and digital services teams to refine buyer personas and solution use cases for solution positioning and content strategy
- Develop compelling value propositions and messaging architecture for AI, automation, analytics, and cloud-based CX solutions.
- Create high-impact content and campaign strategies including whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
- Partner with service delivery and operations teams to ensure GTM strategies align with delivery capabilities.
- Validate marketing narratives against operational capabilities and leverage customer insights to refine solution positioning.
- Develop frameworks to track competitor strategies and messaging.
- Define Foundever's unique differentiation in AI-powered CX solutions.
- Track revenue influenced by Solutions Marketing initiatives, measures cycle impacts and monitor campaign performance metrics including the funnel conversion rates and lead to customer conversion
Experience
- Proven experience building and managing high-performing marketing teams.
- Ability to recruit, develop, and retain top marketing talent while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Demonstrable ability in data-driven decision making, market analysis, and revenue-focused marketing strategies
- Proven track record in marketing-led pipeline generation.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven CX solutions, cloud contact center technology, and automation in customer experience. Experience with enterprise technology solutions and platforms.
- Experience in sales enablement and working directly with sales teams to drive pipeline growth.
- Strong executive presence for engaging with senior leaders, customers, and industry analysts.
- Leadership and Builder Mindset: Proven ability to build and establish new processes in a startup-like environment.
- Experience developing marketing functions from scratch rather than inheriting established programs.
- Strong track record of influencing across functions and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Market Intelligence: Deep understanding of competitive landscape, market trends, and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum – 8+ years of experience in B2B solutions marketing, go-to-market strategy, or CX/AI marketing in enterprise tech or BPO services.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale enterprise B2B solution launches.
- Track record of creating comprehensive launch playbooks and orchestrating cross-functional launch activities. Technology industry experience is required. CX industry expertise is a plus.
Salary Range
The base pay range for this position in the United States is $150,000 - $170,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
