The Hired Guns are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager of B2B Marketing who can uncork the volume on a vast, untapped B2B market for America’s leading home improvement company. Cha-ching.

Salary range: $115,000 to $125,000 per year

This renowned company in the home services space has a well-known presence in the B2C market, but a largely unrealized B2B presence. They are currently bringing in only about $120 million in B2B revenue annually, but have set the ambitious goal of more than quadrupling that to half a billion. And … that’s where you come in:

As the Senior Manager of B2B Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies designed to drive lead generation and revenue creation with key business segments across the country. You’ll use innovative tactics to capture and nurture leads effectively and create compelling, segment-specific content that resonates with B2B audiences. Plus, you’ll leverage SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms to enhance lead-generation efforts.

You will work closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales strategies, ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial contact to closing. You’ll also work with the sales team to provide appropriate support to volume-driving sales activities (e.g. customer trade shows) and marketing materials to further drive performance.

To excel in this role, you must have 10+ years of experience as a marketing generalist who’s been successful at creating B2B marketing strategies and building B2B-centric businesses. B2B Lead Gen is your bread and butter–you understand the importance of delivering the right message at the right time to the right market, and you know how to weave the correct marketing channel mix, content strategy, and partnership levers to turn on revenue. Experience with Salesforce and Marketo is definitely a plus.
