Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor

Scope:

  • 20 hours per week with potential to transition to full-time in the future

  • Remote work with the need to align with Eastern Time Zone (Atlanta, GA) business hours

  • Monday to Friday from 2 PM to 6 PM 

  • Primarily focused on administrative and organizational tasks, with the potential to expand into more client-facing responsibilities over time

  • Collaborate closely with the real estate agent to understand and support business goals and client needs

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the real estate agent’s calendar, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries and follow-ups

  • Handle paperwork and contractual needs, ensuring all due diligence is completed on time

  • Assist in establishing and maintaining a strong social media presence for the business

  • Convert social media contacts into leads and assist with prospecting efforts

  • Organize and manage events related to the real estate business

  • Respond to emails and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Help establish and maintain business processes and rules of engagement

  • Assist with documentation and paperwork related to property transactions


Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes

  • Basic understanding of real estate processes and terminology

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant software tools

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
