What you can expect as an Assistant Director of Catastrophe (CAT) Operations:

  • Responsible for the oversight of Catastrophe (CAT) Claims Managers to ensure that personal line catastrophe claims are handled in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide feedback to the CAT Claims Managers on a regular basis regarding the status of their goals and performance.
  • Assist in the development and supervise the execution of Frontline’s CAT plan for personal lines claims.
  • Identify training needs for CAT team members and contribute to Customer Solutions training plan.
  • Cooperate with auditors conducting reviews of the Customer Solutions Department.

What we are looking for as an Assistant Director of Catastrophe (CAT) Operations:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required
  • Minimum of 10 years of claims experience
  • An active adjuster’s license in all state Frontline Insurance does business in is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
