Description

As a Product Designer in the Tech Department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our users have a great experience while learning with our app. In this role you will work alongside a team of product managers and engineers to connect with our customers and to solve their biggest problems in an easy and intuitive way.

How will you make an impact:

Work on high impact customer problems : use data and customer insights to identify and solve the most impactful customer problems

Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers on your team to create user-centric solutions and bring them to life

Own UX flows: Lead the conceptualizing of the visual design and user experience of a feature from conception to launch to future iterations

Level-up our UX: Champion best UX practices and principles to enable the best UX in our apps

Conduct user research: Help the product team with the various user researches that we conduct with customers

Help improve processes : contribute to the improvement of the design team's processes and design system and improve efficiency of the team

What we value:

3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in product-focussed companies with experience in both mobile apps and web apps (B2B SaaS is a plus)

Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design methodologies

Experience creating designs keeping in mind user experience and engineering complexity

A strong portfolio that showcases your skill in product design, user research, and your ability to tackle user problems

Tech savvy : you keep yourself constantly updated on new technologies and the possibilities that it creates

Previous experience with Figma and other design and prototyping tools

Previous experience working in a start-up/ scale-up or fast growth environment is a plus

Previous experience with user research is a plus

Proficiency in German is a must-have

💰Your salary: We 💙 transparency. We have different levels within our salary bands, and we use these levels to determine a fair salary for each range. Your salary is reviewed at least once a year.
The salary band for this role in Germany is: 51.300 - 62.700 EUR annually gross. If you live outside of Germany, we will adapt to your local market.
