What We’re Looking For:
AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation is looking for driven, high-energy recruiters who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in filling multiple positions under tight deadlines from entry level to leadership roles, ensuring we have the talent needed to support our growth.
Success in this position requires exceptional speed, organization, and adaptability. You’ll be managing a large requisition load, sourcing and screening top sales and operations talent, and working closely with hiring managers to meet aggressive staffing goals. Ideal candidates can work efficiently under pressure, prioritize effectively, and move quickly without sacrificing quality while collaborating with a team to meet overall department goals.

What You’ll Do:
  • Source top talent through networking, social media, and other innovative recruiting strategies
  • Screen and evaluate job applicant resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to present highly qualified talent to hiring managers
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for entry-level sales roles to quickly fill multiple openings
  • Utilize multiple recruiting channels to attract passive candidates and build diverse talent pools
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including phone and video screenings
  • Ensure a smooth hiring process by assisting candidates with applications and background check documentation
  • Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory hiring requirements
  • Keep applicant tracking system (ATS) data and reporting accurate and up to date
  • Act as a liaison between candidates, HR, and hiring managers to streamline communication
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and positively represent AmeriSave as an employer of choice
What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR or related field) or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruiting within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team oriented environment
  • Mortgage loan originator recruiting experience preferred
  • Strong expertise in recruiting tools, social media, and networking to attract top talent
  • Energetic, charismatic, and approachable—exceptional networking skills are a must!
  • Ability to positively represent AmeriSave and promote our culture and opportunities
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills to manage multiple hiring priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results

It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. ** 
  
Compensation: 
The annual compensation for this position generally ranges between $70,000 – $85,000.
