The Impact You'll Have
As Security Program Manager at Notabene, you'll be instrumental in safeguarding our organization's digital assets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building a strong security culture. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining customer trust and enabling our business to operate securely in the evolving digital landscape.
What You'll DoLead compliance and governance initiatives, including SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, and DORAManage and optimize our security tools and monitoring systems while coordinating with engineering teams on remediationTake ownership of our vendor procurement processes, security assessments and maintain ongoing vendor managementDevelop and maintain security policies, ensuring they align with business objectives and industry standardsDrive security awareness through employee training and cultural initiativesManage endpoint security, access controls, and zero-trust infrastructureLead business continuity and disaster recovery planning, including regular testing and exercisesMust Haves5+ years of experience in information security, with at least 2 years in a related security roleDeep understanding of security frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001) and regulations (GDPR, DORA)Experience with security tools, SIEM systems, and vulnerability managementStrong project management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teamsExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsTrack record of implementing and maintaining security programsBased in Europe or the US East CoastExperience in fintech or regulated industriesNice-to-HavesRelevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent)Knowledge of cloud security and infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)Experience with automation and security tooling implementationBackground in risk management or IT auditBenefitsFlexible Remote Work: Work from anywhere!$1000 WFH Stipend: Use within your first year of employment.MacBook Pro: Procured by you and your manager to find a model that meets your needs.Unlimited PTO: We trust you to take as much as holiday as you need.Country-Specific Benefits: Statutory offerings and contributions, managed via our employer-of-record.Apply Today!
