Role Name: Real Estate Virtual Assistant

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week / 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
  • Manage and update property and client information in real estate databases with meticulous attention to detail
  • Craft and schedule engaging social media content across multiple platforms, showcasing luxury properties and market insights
  • Interact professionally with potential clients through social media direct messages, representing the brand with courtesy and expertise
  • Efficiently manage the realtor’s calendar, coordinating viewings, meetings, and important deadlines
  • Handle email communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses to clients and partners
  • Assist in lead generation activities, including research and initial outreach
  • Utilize MLS systems and other real estate-specific tools to gather market data and support listing activities
  • Collaborate with the in-house editor to refine marketing materials and property descriptions
  • Adapt to fluctuating workloads during peak seasons, demonstrating flexibility and strong time management skills
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant in the North American real estate industry, with a strong understanding of luxury market dynamics
  • Familiarity with exp realty systems is highly desirable
  • Exceptional data entry skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and strategies, with a flair for creating engaging content (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT SAMPLE WORK) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone for high-end clientele
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and comfortable with using VPN for accessing region-specific tools
  • Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation is a plus
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours to accommodate real estate business needs, including occasional evening or weekend work
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative in managing tasks
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information
