In this role, you’ll use your data expertise to drive digital transformation, contributing to mission-oriented projects that make a tangible impact on public services and national priorities while improving the public's experience with government offerings.


  • This is a full-time W2 position. 
  • Corp-to-Corp and 1099 ineligible. 
  • You must be a US Citizen. 
  • You must be able to pass and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
Requirements

Location: 

· Remote with potential infrequent travel to Client site.


Responsibilities: 

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret structured and unstructured data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and program metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in compliance with federal regulations and agency policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders, to optimize data-driven solutions.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Support data governance initiatives, including metadata management, data cataloging, and data lineage tracking.
  • Utilize SQL, Python, R, or other analytical tools to extract insights from large datasets.
  • Assist in automating data workflows, ETL processes, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Prepare technical documentation, briefings, and reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure compliance with government data privacy and security standards, including FISMA, NIST, and agency-specific requirements.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings, providing insights on data trends and operational impacts.
  • Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and special projects as needed.

  

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, preferably supporting government contracts.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SAS.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
  • Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing, and data management best practices.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Capable of operating a computer and other office productivity machinery, and frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers.


This is a Full-Time, W2 position.
