Job Description

  • Accurately update and maintain electronic health records, ensuring all patient information is current and complete
  • Actively participate in regular team meetings, contributing ideas for process improvement
  • Handle various administrative tasks to support the healthcare team and enhance operational efficiency
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily performance goals set by the organization
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care coordination

Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Strong familiarity with medical terminology and a solid understanding of HIPAA regulations
  • Proficiency in using healthcare-specific software and electronic health record systems

  • Ability to work full-time during Pacific Time zone hours (8 AM - 5 PM PT)
