We are looking for two Senior Client Success Managers—one to support the US time zone and another for the Australia time zone—to drive account growth, maximize AI and outsourcing opportunities, and manage high-level client interactions. While this role does not come with a dedicated client portfolio, the focus is on upselling, identifying expansion opportunities, handling VIP client escalations, and ensuring seamless execution of solutions.
This is a hands-on role—when challenges arise, you won’t just delegate; you’ll jump in, coordinate with clients, and work across departments to get things done. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and problem solver who can confidently engage with enterprise clients, roll up their sleeves to resolve issues, and ensure BruntWork’s solutions deliver real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & AI Upselling
Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, positioning BruntWork’s AI-driven tools (e.g., AI email assistants, sales coaching tools) and remote workforce solutions as high-value additions.
Clearly communicate the ROI of AI and outsourcing solutions, ensuring clients see tangible benefits from BruntWork’s innovations.
Partner with the sales and client success teams to drive revenue growth across multiple accounts, contributing to overall expansion targets.
VIP Client Engagement & Escalation Management
Act as a senior point of contact for VIP clients, stepping in as needed for critical discussions, contract negotiations, and relationship management.
Address complex client escalations, working hands-on to resolve issues efficiently and maintain client trust.
Build strong executive-level relationships, reinforcing BruntWork’s role as a trusted strategic partner.
Strategic Consulting & Hands-On Execution
Provide insights on workforce optimization, AI adoption, and outsourcing best practices during strategy sessions and QBRs.
Work directly with clients and internal teams (Recruiting, Operations, IT, Product) to ensure smooth implementation of new solutions and services.
When needed, take charge of the details—whether it's aligning recruitment timelines, troubleshooting tech issues, or ensuring operational changes are executed properly.
Internal Leadership & Collaboration
Serve as a resource and mentor for junior Client Success Managers, sharing best practices for client engagement and growth strategies.
Lead internal account review meetings, ensuring alignment on client needs and business objectives.
Present data-driven insights on client growth, service adoption, and expansion opportunities to BruntWork leadership.
Requirements
Minimum 8+ years of experience in client success, account management, or consulting, preferably in AI, outsourcing, or tech start ups.
Strong knowledge of AI-driven tools (e.g., AI email assistants, sales coaching tools) and the ability to articulate their ROI to clients.
Proven track record of successfully identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities in a consultative sales environment.
Experience managing VIP and enterprise-level clients, including contract negotiations and high-stakes relationship management.
Demonstrated ability to handle complex client escalations, working hands-on to resolve issues while maintaining trust and retention.
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and reinforce BruntWork’s role as a strategic partner.Willingness to be deeply involved in execution, coordinating with internal teams (Recruiting, Operations, IT, Product) to implement solutions.
Ability to align recruitment timelines, troubleshoot tech issues, and oversee operational execution without relying solely on delegation.
Experience leading internal account review meetings and presenting data-driven insights on client growth and service adoption.
