Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing, 2+ years experience in client success or support, CEFR C1 minimum level in English & Spanish, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Experience in sales/account management in Higher Education is helpful.
Key responsabilities:
- Work with Account Managers to improve client engagement.
- Execute account strategies to increase Flywire's utilization.
- Build strong product adoption and support ongoing usage.
- Create materials for client engagement and revenue opportunities.
- Contribute to training content and optimize client experiences.
