We are seeking a creative and experienced Influence marketing manager to join our team!

We expect from you:

Proven experience in influencer marketing – preferably in iGaming, betting, crypto, or streaming industries.
Strong negotiation and communication skills – ability to establish and maintain long-term partnerships with influencers.
Analytical mindset – experience in tracking and optimizing key performance metrics (CPI, CPA, FTD, ROI).
Experience in budget management and reporting – ability to allocate expenses efficiently and provide data-driven recommendations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying and searching for relevant influencers.
Analyzing and filtering bloggers based on audience, geo, engagement, and niche (casino, betting, streaming, crypto).
Conducting negotiations, finalizing partnership agreements, and ensuring compliance with terms.
Developing long-term partnerships with key influencers.
Launching and managing influencer advertising campaigns.
Defining key performance indicators (CPI, CPA, FTD, ROI).
Developing integration scripts, content briefs, and guidelines for influencers.
Collaborating with the creative team (design, video production).
Ensuring content quality before publication.
Managing the influencer marketing budget and optimizing expenses.
Tracking costs and assessing the performance of each influencer.
Preparing analytical reports and recommendations for budget optimization.
Analyzing influencer marketing trends in the iGaming industry and exploring new approaches.
Monitoring competitor activities and adapting successful strategies.
Generating ideas for new influencer collaboration formats.
English at the Intermediate+ level.
