The Instructional Designer will be responsible for editing and designing digital curriculum products within the Kiddom platform as well as editing and designing additional supplemental resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that teacher and student-facing content are optimized for our digital platform. You will report directly to the Head of Curriculum.
We’re looking for someone who has a background in K-12 math teaching, instructional design, project management, and a willingness to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

Manually author/edit interactive question types using the Kiddom platform
Develop and implement protocols for instructional/graphic design of curriculum-aligned lesson presentations
Author/edit supplemental resources aligned to existing curriculum
Review content and provide Quality Assurance feedback to Kiddom’s growing contractor network
Align math content to state and national standards and develop student-centered learning experiences to align with standards
Other assigned tasks as needed to meet project deadlines and deliverables
Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications
Assist in organizing work based on team member expertise, experience, and workload
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Continuously monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Troubleshoot and problem solve when situations do not align with usual processes

Salary range is dependent on geography, past experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
